Latest Happenings...

Well...we're currently in the process of moving! YAY!!! Evan and I are so excited. We can't wait to be in our new place. I posted a little bit about this earlier, but never updated. It's official. We are moving into the cute little town home that we were hoping to get. It's only a few blocks from UTMB...which makes life so much better for us (being that we only have one car). It's also quite a bit bigger (1400 square feet) and it has a two car garage. We love that. No more surprise car damage. It's two stories with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Overall...it's the best set up for us at this time. I'll be sure and post some pictures when we're in and settled. The move starts Saturday. For now...enjoy some pictures.

Story time with Dad!! Oh...I have to make a note that Brampton now will go to bed on his own! This is such a huge accomplishment. In the past, one of us has always had to lay with him until he fell asleep. Now, we read stories and say prayers and he will lay there all by himself and fall asleep. Yay. Way to go Brampton. I'm so proud of you.
Brampton...what am I going to do with you?? haha. This picture cracks me up.
He's not always all smiles. I love this pic. It captures the moment perfectly. Just to follow up on his sleeping...yep...he's still sleeping through the night!!! I am such a happy camper. Both my kids sleep through the night. We have waited so long for this. Now, if only I could get my husband to sleep at night (wink, wink).
This is something that I am all over. Homemade jam!!! I love raspberry jam. I've made two batches in the past week. Don't worry, I didn't eat it all myself. I actually gave away the first batch. Now the second batch is all for me...only teasing! I might share it with a few of you!

I love that Brampton has now decided that he is not going to smile when getting pictures. That cracks me up! I'm so glad for you that they are sleeping through the night, we just recently made that transition with Cheyenne. It's so nice! Love the pictures and I'm so excited to see the new place. Good luck with the move!

hahaha...you're funny. Evan's mom taught me while living in Fort Worth! It's actually not that hard. Another reason to come and visit...I'll teach ya.

You're such a good wife Stephanie! You're making jam while getting ready to move! I guess, I need to take some lessons from you :)

Love the pics and love that you are doing jam! I love to do that and haven't for a while, you've inspired me! :) Yeah for the happy sleeping mommy! Now you can get your beauty rest! Nothing better than a full nights sleep! Way to go! And good luck on moving! Moving is so hard, but so fun once you get it done and you can start setting up your new place! I'll be excited to see the new pics of your place! Congrats!

That's great that you've found such a nice place for your family! Cardston is looking so cute! How fun to have such a happy baby. And you are especially blessed that he's sleeping through the night! That's wonderful. Any secrets you can share about how to convince them to do that so early?

We'd love to have some of your raspberry jam! Have you tried frozen strawberry jam? That's really good and easy too! Raspberries are so expensive here! It's nice if you can grow your own.

Looking forward to seeing your pictures of your new place! Glad your boys are sleeping through the night! How did you manage that?

Love you, Carla
