I finally took Brampton in for his 15 month checkup today. I'm a little behind. Oh well. I don't think it's that big of a deal. He is doing good though! He weighs 23 lbs. (10 percentile). For his height he is in the 50 percentile. His head is in the (ready for this) 75 percentile. Yep...it's just got a lot of smarts in there! That's what the doctor said!!! Crack me up. She said that all of these together are great. No need to worry. So...from now on...I am not going to worry when he hardly eats at some meals. He knows when he's hungry. Why force the kid?
He did get two shots and he was not happy! Boy...he screamed. The fact that he woke up at 6 am and it was then nap time made it even worse. Oh well. He acts as though nothing happened now! He's tough.
I really like his new pediatrician and office (Island Pediatrics). It's right by Ev's school. I was in and out very quickly and everyone was super friendly. They also gave him a free Clifford book to take home (he loved that). At the place I took Brampton to in Fort Worth, I had to wait for at least 45 min back in the room before I actually even saw the doctor. Talk about frustrating!!!

He sounds good! I'm sure people tell you this all the time, but kids seem to go through stages of not eating much. Hannah is doing it now, but it's because she's teething. And we know all about the "smarts" here! Kathryn has always had a nice big head! But I think it's just right!
I am so glad that you found a good doctor! They are hard to come by. Yeah, and the eating thing seems to be common in toddlers-- both my girls went through it.
