my ramblings.

The weather here has been just perfect! In fact, it's made me want to spring clean and organize...which is exactly what I have been doing. I even cleaned and organized Ev's side of the garage! And then today, it's raining. barf. I want to be outside and enjoying the beauty. Oh well. So...the boys and I decided that WE are taking the day off. We're still in our jammies and Brampton just asked to watch a Christmas movie. Ha! Why not. Let's pretend it's almost Christmas.

I really have been in a blogging rut lately. Not sure why? I guess it's because I have been spending more time with these kiddos....trying to have lots of fun...and getting them to be more healthy and active. Speaking of being healthy...wow! Brampton is now eating FRUIT and SOME veggies. ok...more like just carrots dipped in ranch. it's a start though. and last night for dinner he ate teriyaki chicken, RICE, and oranges! wow.eee. Jamie Oliver would be PROUD of me and my efforts. Speaking of which...did anyone watch the Food Revolution?? I'm hooked. and I think I have a secret crush on HIM. Love me some of that cute accent of his.
And speaking of love. I LOVE these boys. Look at how big they are!!! Brampton turns FOUR on Sunday. I can't believe this!! My how time flies. What happened to my babies?? I guess it's time for another. And just to clear up some questions....no there are no species growing inside me. It may be a while before that happens again. But Brampton and Cardston are CONVINCED that there is a Brooklynn waiting in heaven to come be with our family. In fact, Brampton asked me the other day if we could go pick her up on Saturday and bring her home! Talk about hilarious. Sorry buddy, it's a little more complicated. Speaking of Brampton...he's been asking me multiple choice questions lately. The other day he burped and said, "mom, was that a stinker, a barf, a cough, or a burp?" I answered burp, but was wrong! Apparently, you can answer both burp and barf (that was the answer). oops. what can I say...it's been a while since I last took a multiple choice test.

well we have a busy weekend filled with fun to celebrate his birthday...and we're off to start by going to have LUNCH with our favorite...DAD!!!

And just so I don't forget...he has told us that he wants a PIRATE SHIP, a TREASURE MAP and a BOOK OF MORMON for his birthday.
