I took the boys to McD's today for it's grand opening celebration after hurricane ike. Weird idea of fun, but both Brampton and Cardston LOVE "donalds". And Ronald was going to be there.
And that he was. Brampton was a little hesitant. He held my hand really tight while waiting in line and stood real still. This is obviously not like him at all. And then when it came our turn to get his autograph, Brampton walked up slowly to him. But I was proud of my boy! He answered all the questions that Ronald asked him...and poor kid...his voice was a little shaky. I thought he might cry.

And I couldn't help but add this one. Cardston was scared of the man. He watched his every move. I can't blame him though, I was SCARED of clowns when I was young (and still am). Notice both boys have their eyes on his crazy hand.

All in all...an interesting adventure! Brampton couldn't stop talking about Ronald afterwards. So I know he enjoyed it. Hopefully I haven't traumatized Babers. Speaking of which, have I mentioned that he can eat a whole cheeseburger, french fries, and chocolate milk? Yes. He can.

How fun, what funny boys! I love the one with them staring at his hand.
i'd have to admit that ronald is pretty scary... i was driving one day & looked in my rear view mirror.... & there he was driving!! LOL =) i had to do a double take!
I love the park pictures. I'm glad they liked Ronald cause I sure don't like clowns...they freak me out! Glad to see you are all doing well.
