Brampton finished his first week of swimming lessons! And he did so well. I was so proud and relieved. The first day was a little rough...I even had to get in the water with him...and that had me very worried for the next two weeks. But the second day he was a totally different kid! He now loves swimming lessons!!
There are 2 other little kids in his class. And his teacher Miss Cheyenne is great. Brampton always gets a big grin on his face when she takes him in. He has been practicing his kicking, hand scoops, going under the water, and floating on his back.
Whenever Cheyenne takes him out into the water he yells, "look mom, look!" as loud as he can. And then when he gets back to the wall, he looks at me and holds two thumbs up.I love it! He too is proud of himself. He is for sure a little fish and loves to be in the water.
Everyday this week he has been super HUNGRY and exhausted after swimming lessons. One day after jumping into the deep end, he got out and I put a towel around him and he told me that he wanted a HOT DOG. He must have been really hungry b/c Brampton never wants to eat and he never requests a hot dog! Silly boy.

Way to go Brampton, what a big boy! I remember when we would go swimming as little kids, I would be starving after too!
awww soo cute steph!! maybe he'll work at the neighborhood pool like his mama =) i went on a walk by there the other day & made me think of our crazy summer when you worked at briarwood pool =) ohh memories!!
