So like I said in previous post...Brampton is pretty much training himself to use the potty. We have now been sitting on the toilet a whole lot lately (aka: potty parties). He always tells me when he needs to go to the bathroom and we sit...but nothing happens. So we put the diaper back on and what do you know...he goes in the diaper! And then he tells me he needs his diaper changed. I guess I'm just not making him sit on the toilet long enough. I flat out don't want to work at this (how bad am I?). Tonight while we were bathing the boys, Brampton told us "wee wee, poo poo is coming". We just kind of ignored him and continued to let him and Cardston play. We should have listened though...2 minutes later there was a nice piece of poop! So instead of just cleaning two boys, I had to sanitize the bathtub plus some toys. Oh, the adventures of parenting.

Hey Stephanie! I don't know if you remember me, but I came upon your blog through Jenny's. I don't have any kids so I am definitely not an expert at potty training, but my mom would always put us on the potty and run some water. Worked like a charm! Before she put us in the bath tub, she would put us on the potty while the water was running. If it was in the middle of the day she would turn the faucet on. This may help...it may not! Happy potty training!!
