Nana and Papa!

Last week I ran away with the boys to Dallas. My dad was there on business and surprised my mom with a ticket to join him. I had to jump at the chance to see my parents (being that I only see them about once a year). We left after Brampton's therapy on Tuesday and drove straight to Arlington. I was amazed that it only took me 4 hours! The boys were great in the car. The two of them slept for the first part and played and watched movies until we arrived. My best friend was the GPS...I don't know what I would have done without that little Betty (as Ev calls it)!
Brampton loves Nana. He was her little shadow 24/7! I am sure she is now enjoying her privacy when using the restroom and showering. He never wanted her to leave his sight. Here they are reading "happy dotty"...Brampton's number one requested book (it's actually called Happy Birthday Dotty).
All of us watching some "dancing" as nana calls it (Dancing with the Stars).
Papa getting in on some of the pictures. Love it. He always gives me a good belly laugh.
Brampton watching some toons in nana's big bed with Mr. Elephant. He loved the suite we were in! He called it Nana's house.
Enjoying Brampton's favorite place...McD's! Nana spoiled him with 2 chocolate milks!! His favorite. Lucky boy.
Cardston and nana after a bath!
We had so much fun talking...laughing...reminicing...watching the boys...watching some shows...eating Jack in the box (are you sure dad?)...driving around...and shopping. The trip was short, but very enjoyable. It was great to see my parents and to be able to laugh and chat together in person. I love my parents! I am so grateful for them and the good people they are. I appreciate all they do for me and my little family. I love watching them interact with my children. It's cute to me. Thanks NANA and PAPA. We miss you! My only regret...not taking near enough pictures!!! Next time. We'll see you soon.
