Egg Hunt #1-Church

Brampton did a little better this year with the whole egg hunt. I don't think he really understood what to do last year. He did go after the eggs on his own this year but did not collect too many b/c he would pick one up and open it before he moved on to the next. He was a little too preoccupied with the candy.

This was the Babers' first Easter! He even found an egg. He could have cared less about the candy inside. He was too excited about his fun little find-the purple egg.

I asked Brampton to show me his eggs. Good job buddy, but I can only see your eyes.

Uh oh, this one doesn't have candy in it!

Cardston getting a little jealous.

After the egg hunt, we headed home and decorated our own eggs. This was Brampton's first time. He was more excited about the "keyho" though (keyho: brampton's word for treasures, trinkets, and shiny objects). This time it was the gold egg "thinger".

Note to self: stick to the normal egg dying kits.

Easter basket fun!

Candy at 6:50 am! Nice.

Egg Hunt #2-The Beus'

Brampton did really well the second time around.

Once again...showing me his eggs and just his eyes.

Dad getting in on the fun!

And this picture simply just cracks me up! That's Milo, Carter, Phoenix, Brampton and Lila all jumping together (Sequoia on the ground). Thanks for all the fun guys!

Cute pictures! It looks like so much fun!
lol. doesn't really look like dad is "getting in on the fun"...ev looks so serious. those easter eggs must be quite challenging :)
cute pics! happy easter.
Some of the women in my ward hid the eggs over and over for their kids. The younger ones just like to pick things up. These pictures are so great.
Wow you guys did a lot of stuff. We did like, oh, well, nothing really. I colored the eggs while they were down for a nap then had a little egg hunt in the house. We kind of had another blizzard.
Looks like fun! Wish we did a little more!
