Our "Babers"

Cardston, Cardston where do I begin? You are growing way to fast. This week you'll hit your NINE month mark! Wow. I sure have enjoyed every moment I have had with you. I love your adorable little face. I can't get enough of it. Especially when you smile and your two little teefies show. I love the way your head smells. Weird, but it's that cute babiness, I can't help myself. I'll have to admit that I love BOTH sets of cheeks! They're just so firm and soft. And speaking of soft...your skin is to die for! I love the stage you are at now. You have become really interested in the "happenings" around you. It's so fun to play the copycat game with you and to have you actually play along. You are too smart. I love how you watch your brother from a distance and even interact with him. You try so hard to keep up with him too...so much that you taught yourself to climb the stairs this past week! I love to hear you giggle as your brother wrestles with you on the floor. I had no idea you and Brampton would be such "buddies" this soon. You also have the sweetest personality. I love the big smiles you give me and how excited you get when you see me. It lifts me up!!! One of my favorite parts of the day is getting you after your naps! I love seeing you standing in the crib watching the door. And as soon as you see me you get all excited and start laughing. So adorable. You are truly a blessing to me and our family.

I love you babers! In my opinion, you are one of the BEST!

At 9 months...

*You eat almost anything and everything. I love that. You are such a good eater. I love that you will eat ALL vegetables. You prefer corn casserole over fruits! That makes me smile.

*You sleep from 7pm to 7am. You even take a morning nap from 9am-11am and an afternoon nap from 2pm-4pm. I love that all I have to do to put you to bed is lay you in your crib with your blankie!

*You are great about sticking to a schedule, but are also super flexible.

*You have your two bottom teeth and are due for some more right now (currently teething).

*You love to be on the floor and playing! I think you could pretty much play all day. You are never "needy".

*You are already trying to walk with some help of course. You are always pulling yourself up and standing. You have even figured out how to climb the stairs too!

*You love to grunt and to have someone grunt at you. I like to think that it's just a game you play with me.

*You have already had ice cream, chocolate, brownies, crackers, rice, and french fries (x10). Mostly thanks to DAD.

*You love bath time. Whenever you hear water running, you immediately come crawling. And when someone is in the bathroom, you crawl to the tub and stand up.

*You love to sing and babble. It's music to my ears. I love that you are already saying mama and dada.
