Yes, Mardi Gras is still going on down here! Today they had several parades. We thought it would be fun to check them out since we're new to all of this. We only went to the one this evening. We all had fun trying to catch beads. Even Brampton figured out that if he clapped and waved his arms they would give him beads. Boy! They go all out down here!!
Don't worry...Ev caught beads too but he handed them over to Brampton and I right before this picture was taken!
We got quite the collection! Although, if you think this is a lot...you should've seen everyone else! This is nothing compared to most people.
