Ok...I thought I would share the latest about this story. The maintenance guy cleaned our old unit and got the pressure down so that it is functioning. It is just old. He told us that he would replace it today (Monday), but actually called and said that he would do it Tuesday. So for now, we are doing good! Our apartment has been pretty cool! That's a first. Last night it was 71. We are excited for the new unit especially living on the 3rd floor. It gets hot up here.
